How does TagGrocer's local distributor pickup work?

Browse and add items to your cart. Then, place your order & complete your payment.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection (within 3 working days from the date you place your order). When you get to your chosen local distributor, present your order confirmation to pickup your order.

Please note if a local distributor is located in an apartment/condo compound, it caters to residents of the apartment/condo only. You will see a note saying "For residents of this condo only" when browsing for our distributors.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay through debit card, e-wallet, and online bank transfer via our payment partner iPay88.

Can I have my order delivered to my doorstep?

If delivery is available at a specific local distributor, you can choose the delivery option when placing your order. Your order will be delivered from the distributor to your doorstep within 3 working days from the date you place your order. There may be extra delivery charges for this option.

When will I receive my order?

We deliver your orders to our local distributors within 3 working days from the date you place your order. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

How do I collect my order?

Present your order confirmation upon collecting your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please send an email to help@taghubs.com or WhatsApp us if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed. If we have yet to process your order, refunds will be issued via online banking or e-wallet to your account even if you paid with debit card.

Please note cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not allowed on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.

What happens if there's an issue with my order?

Are your products Halal?

Our Halia Kitchen products are Muslim Friendly. We are working towards getting our Halal certification.

What does your Ready-To-Cook meal kit include?

Our paste/sauce, protein and other necessary ingredients for your chosen recipe, such as onions, spices & potatoes.

How do I keep your paste/sauces fresh?

We recommend keeping them in the fridge for a maximum period of 6 months. We may recommend a shorter maximum period for some of our paste/sauces. Please check the information on our product's packaging. 

How do I keep your Ready-To-Cook meal kits fresh?

Upon receiving your Ready-To-Cook meal kits, store them in the fridge if you're not cooking them immediately. Make sure to thaw the meat if it's still frozen before cooking, except our meat bites that can be cooked without thawing.

If you're planning to cook the meal kits 12 hours and beyond upon collection, we recommend storing the meat in the freezer and the other ingredients in the fridge to prolong their shelf life.

How long your Ready-To-Cook meal kits stay fresh?

Maximum 7 days, provided the meat is kept in the freezer and other ingredients in the fridge upon collection.
